Ball Mill Specification is mainly used in grinding raw materials and end products in cement plant. Specification Application:

Ball Mill Specification is key equipment in grinding industry, especially in mineral ore dressing plants. It is widely used for the cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fire-proof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics and etc.

 Working Principle:

Ball Mill Specification is horizontal type and tubular running device, has two warehouses. This machine is grid type and its outside runs along gear. The material enters spirally and evenly the first warehouse of the milling machine along the input material hollow axis by input material device. In this warehouse, there is a ladder scaleboard or ripple scaleboard, and different specification steel balls are installed on the scaleboard, when the barrel body rotates and then produces centrifugal force, at this time, the steel ball is carried tosome height and falls to make the material grinding and striking. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehousefor regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board andthe end products are completed.

Barite processing plant

Baryte, or barite, is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate. The baryte group consists of baryte, celestine, anglesite and anhydrite. Baryte itself is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium. Baryte and celestine form a solid solution (Ba, Sr)SO4. Shibang can supply you baryre crusher or barite crusher in barite mining industry.

Barite crushing and grinding equipment

For barite quarry or mining, its better to choose Hammer Crusher and Impact Crusher. The reduction ratio of these barite crushers are generally 10~35. Jaw barite crusher is used for coarse, medium and fine crushing. After primary crush by the barite crushers, you can install barite grinding machine which is decided according to the final particle size requirement. For barite further grinding, there are Ball Mill, Raymond Mill, Coarse Powder Grinding Mill, etc. To separate different sizes of barite final products, Vibrating Screen is usually playing its great role.

Barite processing flow

First of all, the barite will be evenly entered the coarse crushing machine to proceed the primary crushing .
And then the coarse barite will be entered the impact crusher by the belt conveyor to proceed the secondary crushing.
And the fine stone materials will be entered the vibrating screen to produce various stone specification. And particle size which have not satisfied the requirements will receive the repeated crushing.
