Our main products are hotel furniture, including hundreds of banquet chair, hotel chair, wedding chair, table, dance floor, event stages, hotel trolley, table and chair cover etc. What is more, we offer customized service.
2.Whats your MOQ for chairs?
For normal design and stock style, our MOQ is 50pcs for each style. For complicated product, we will need further discussion.
3.Can I have a sample before the real order?
Of course, yes. We accept sample order at first. But you should cover the shipping cost and 3 times sample cost. We will return the extra sample cost to you after the real order.
4.How long guarantee time you provide for your products?
We provide 3 year guarantee time under right use.
5.How long production time you need?
It depends on your specific quantity. Usually we need 15-25 days production time.
6.Can I visit your factory/showroom?
Yes. Warmly welcome to visit our factory and showroom. Pls send us your schedule in case you come.
We will provide pick-up and hotel-reservation service.
7.What are your payment terms?
We suggest T/T and cash payment terms. If for small amount, Paypal is okay.
8.How can I know my order status?
30% deposit payment—start production—take photos for your confirmation—check the logistic—book shipment—inform ETD&ETA—load container—balance payment—send documents.
9.How can I get the products after production finished?
We have more than 10 years export experience. We can help you to deliver goods to your destination port or warehouse. Or you can let your familiar shipping agent to pick up goods in our factory.
