The venturi is designed for use in water treatment of ozone generators. Molded polyvinylidene fluoride and a rugged construction result in a long product life. Ozone gas is quickly transported into the water stream under pressure through the suction port for mixing.

PEM electrolyte ozone generator is advanced electrochemical ozone generation technology products. Its principle is based on pure water as raw materials, at low voltage and high-density current to electrolyze water molecules for cation exchange and proton exchange and generation of oxygen, ozone and hydrogen. There is no need any of prepared equipments, the concentration of ozone output up to 20% (gas weight ratio). The output gas consist of oxygen and ozone only. There is no secondary pollution.
THE INSTALLMENT AND USE OF PEM CELL
The PEM cell used in PEM ozone generation system are mainly installed in ozone equipments producing ozone and ozone water.
1. Installation requirements of the equipment producing ozone
Cathode water tank/Anode water tank/Connecting pipes/Special power source/Relay
The cathode water tank should be made of non-conductive and anticorrosive materials with a good capacity of heat dissipation;
Anode water tank needs to be made of non-conductive and antioxidant materials with a good capacity of heat dissipation;
Connecting pipes should be made of antioxidant materials with high tenacity and low coefficients of thermal deformation.
2. Installation requirements of the equipment producing ozone water relevant accessories
Pure water source/Booster water pump/Multichannel pipes/Connecting pipes/Mixing device (Venturi) /Special power source/Relay
Pure water source should be supplied by reverse osmosis equipment, pure water, or distilled water tanks;
Booster water pump should be self-suction pump whose effluent water pressure is not lower than 4kg;
Multichannel pipes should be stainless steel or service pipes in UPVC standard;
The inner diameter of connecting pipes is from 6 to 9mm. It should be made of antioxidant materials with high tenacity and low coefficients of thermal deformation;
Mixing device should use the methods which are mixed with bridge type multistage turbulent flow and filled porous series flow. Bridges and fillers should be made of ceramic or stainless steel.
